Looking for Love?
All local adoptions are $14 from Feb. 1-14th and seniors ages 7+ and Long Stays (100+ days at KHS) have their adoption fees waived by Kauai Humane Society. Walk in during adoption hours between 12-4:30 pm any day except Thursdays.

Want to Send Some Love?
Send your choice of seven sweet e-cards featuring our shelter dogs and cats to someone special while helping animals in our care. Simply choose your favorite card, make a tax-deductible donation of $25 or more, and we’ll deliver it to your Valentine on February 14.
*Orders accepted through February 13 at midnight.

Not Feeling the Love?
Channel those post-breakup feels into something paw-sitive while supporting the animals at KHS. Celebrate your ex with a Poopy Valentine (because… why not?). For a $5 donation, we’ll write your ex’s name and put it in our cats’ litter boxes to poop on!

Take your heartbreak a step further with our Neuter/Spay Your Ex Fundraiser, we’ll spay or neuter a shelter pet in their honor for only $25!
Petty? Maybe. Impactful? Absolutely. Either way, you’re helping pets get one step closer to their forever homes and reduces pet overpopulation on the island.

Up for a Blind Date?
Join KHS on the beautiful lawn at 1 Hotel Hanalei for a tail-wagging good time! We’re thrilled to partner once again for an adoption event featuring live music, local Kauaʻi vendors, specialty beverages, and, best of all – adorable adoptable pets.
The event is open to the public from 11 AM–3 PM on Saturday, February 14, so stop by and you just might fall in love with your new best friend!
