Cat Yoga

Here at the Kauai Humane Society, we’re focusing on animal enrichment, and what better way to do so than with cat yoga. We figure after nearly a year’s worth of time spent working from home and being inside far more than we’re used to, we could all use a little movement and stress relief.

This class is taught by KHS Executive Director Nicole Shafer Crane, certified yoga instructor. It is an all-levels class and requires no equipment.

Classes will continue once a month, dates to be announced.

Participants will be able to purchase tickets for $10, after the initial free class.

Grab your pet, a device to watch from, a mat, and enjoy the flow! Just don’t expect too much out of your pet for their first yoga class.
