» Services - Report abuse or neglect.

Chief Kai
If you observe any animal you believe is not receiving proper care, contact KHS at 632-0610, ext. 100.

Our Humane Investigation Officers conduct investigations into allegations of abuse and neglect; and respond to emergencies island-wide. All callers remain anonymous.

Please leave your contact information so we can notify you of the outcome of the case or obtain more information or directions in the event we cannot locate the animal. Providing our officers with as many details as possible will help ensure a proper investigation can take place.
